General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms of booking, payment, execution and cancellation of services offered by MAJESTIC SOUTH CHAUFFEURS on the website mschauffeur.fr.

Article 2 — Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of private chauffeur-driven passenger transport services offered by MAJESTIC SOUTH CHAUFFEURS.
These terms and conditions apply to any booking made directly with MAJESTIC SOUTH CHAUFFEURS, including via the website, by telephone, by email, by form or by messaging.
Article 3 — Services
MAJESTIC SOUTH CHAUFFEURS offers private transport services on prior reservation, including airport and train station transfers, business trips, chauffeur service and long-distance journeys.
Services are provided subject to availability, pick-up location, requested route and conditions communicated to the client before confirmation.
Article 4 — Service Area
Services are offered in Marseille, Bouches-du-Rhône, Provence, the French Riviera, and for long-distance journeys booked in advance.
Article 5 — Reservation
Every service request is subject to a study and, where applicable, a quote or price confirmation is communicated to the client.
The reservation becomes firm and final after written validation of the quote or price proposal by the client and, where requested, after receipt of the deposit.
MAJESTIC SOUTH CHAUFFEURS reserves the right to refuse a reservation in the event of unavailability, incomplete information, manifestly abusive request or conditions of execution incompatible with the service.
Article 6 — Rates
Prices are provided before booking confirmation.
They can be fixed or calculated according to several criteria, including distance, duration, time, pick-up location, destination, type of service and any additional charges.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed in euros.
Article 7 — Supplements
Additional charges may apply in the event of tolls, parking, additional waiting time, additional stops, detours requested by the customer, night pick-up, public holidays or specific requests requiring adaptation of the service.
Any supplement known in advance is communicated to the customer before confirmation when possible.
Article 8 — Payment
A deposit of 30 % of the total amount of the service may be required at the time of booking.
Payment is accepted by credit card, bank transfer, cash within the legal limit and secure payment link.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance must be paid no later than before the start of the service.
In the event of non-payment or partial payment, MAJESTIC SOUTH CHAUFFEURS reserves the right to suspend or refuse to perform the service.
Article 9 — Waiting period included
Airport : 60 minutes after the flight actually landed.
Station : 15 minutes after the train's scheduled arrival time.
Private or professional address: 15 minutes after the agreed pick-up time.
Article 10 — Additional waiting period
Beyond the included waiting time, a charge of €15 per 15-minute increment may be applied.
Article 11 — Cancellation and Amendment
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. In this case, the client is entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid.
For cancellations made between 24 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, 50% of the total service amount remains due or may be charged.
For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, 100% of the total service amount remains due and no refund will be issued.
Any request to modify a reservation remains subject to feasibility and availability.
Article 12 — No-show
If the client is not present at the agreed place and time after the expiry of the included waiting time, the service is considered to be due in full.
Article 13 — Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to provide accurate information when booking, including address, time, number of passengers, baggage volume and any special constraints useful for the execution of the service.
The customer must behave respectfully on board the vehicle.
Article 14 — Right of withdrawal
The services offered correspond to passenger transport services booked for a specific date or period.
Consequently, the customer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance contracts.
Article 15 — Responsibility
MAJESTIC SOUTH CHAUFFEURS implements all reasonable means to ensure a reliable, punctual service in accordance with the elements validated during the booking.
MAJESTIC SOUTH CHAUFFEURS cannot be held liable for any delay or non-performance resulting from an external, unforeseeable event beyond its control, including exceptional traffic, accidents, bad weather, road closures, transport disruptions, administrative instructions or force majeure.
In any event, MAJESTIC SOUTH CHAUFFEURS' liability is limited to the amount of the service concerned, unless otherwise provided by law.

Article 17 — Complaints and Mediation
All complaints should be addressed primarily to MAJESTIC SOUTH CHAUFFEURS by email to the following address: contact@mschauffeur.fr or by mail to the head office.
After first attempting to resolve the matter amicably with MAJESTIC SOUTH CHAUFFEURS, the consumer client may resort to a consumer mediator.

Article 18 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and subject to the mandatory rules applicable to the consumer, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Marseille may be seized.
Article 19 — Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
Any reservation implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the customer.
