General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Presentation

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the relations between MAJESTIC SOUTH CHAUFFEURS (trade name: AM13 VTC) and any customer using the services offered on the site mschauffeur.fr.

2. Services concerned

Services include VTC transfers, long-distance trips, airport/train station shuttles, provision, weddings, seminars and tourist tours.

4. Pricing

Prices are communicated before the order is confirmed, in euros including tax. Rates are fixed once the reservation is confirmed, unless otherwise requested.

5. Payment methods

  • Species
  • Bank card (terminal or secure link)
  • Transfer (with prior agreement for companies)

6. Cancellation

  • Free up to 24 hours in advance
  • 50% of fees between 12h and 24h before
  • 100% charged if cancellation < 12 hours or customer absence

7. Delays & Additional Charges

20 minutes of waiting time included. Then billing of €30 per hour started.

8. Customer Obligations

  • Respect for timetables and the vehicle
  • Wearing a seat belt is mandatory
  • No smoking or consumption on board

9. Liability

AM13 VTC cannot be held responsible for any delays due to external events (traffic jams, weather, strikes, etc.).

10. Complaints

11. Applicable law

The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Marseille court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance

Validation of an order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.
